Mrs. Margaret Ann (Thompson) Turner, age 85 of Murray, KY, passed away February 19, 2022, at Lake Way Nursing and Rehabilitation in Benton, KY.
Born August 6, 1936, in Marshall Co., KY, she was the daughter of the late Roy Lee and Mamie Jane (Bohannon) Thompson. Margaret was a homemaker and a member of the Ledbetter Baptist Church, Murray, KY.
Surviving are her children, Paula Randolph, husband Mike of Murray, KY, Tim Turner, wife Pam of Draffenville, KY and Michael Turner, wife Melissa of Benton, KY, and a sister-in-law, Lucille Rudolph of Murray, KY. She is also survived by several grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
Mrs. Turner was preceded in death by her parents; her husband of 61 years, Daymon Murrel Turner; brothers, Henry Taz Thompson, Curtis Thompson, Hoy Thompson, Bobby Thompson and infant Rudy Thompson; sister, infant Ruthie Thompson and granddaughter, Kimberly Ann (Turner) Phelps.
There will be a private visitation and funeral service for Mrs. Turner in the chapel of Blalock-Coleman Funeral Home. Tracy Rudolph will officiate, and a private interment will take place in the Hardin Baptist Church Cemetery, Hardin, KY. Thank you for honoring the family’s request for privacy during this time.
