North Marshall’s boys’ basketball team recently won the district championship and will compete in the state tournament this weekend in Lexington.
The Marshals beat Calloway County 48-20 to advance to the title game against Murray and dispensed of the Tigers 50-29 to win the championship. They finished the regular season with a record of 18-2. Coaches are Blake Cary, Keith Poole and Thad Buchanan.
