The following people were arrested/charged by the Calvert City Police Department:
Brittney Nicole Cunningham, 37, of 220 Grand Oaks Road, Calvert City was arrested on October 21, 2021 on a Marshall County Indictment Warrant for theft by unlawful taking/shoplifting $500 < $1,000, possession of marijuana, possession of a controlled substance 1st degree 1st offense (methamphetamine), possession of a controlled substance 1st degree 1st offense (drug unspecified), and possession of a controlled substance 3rd degree (drug unspecified).
Jared N. Mallory, 38, of 328 Champion Hils Road, #17B, Kuttawa was arrested on October 21, 2021 on a Marshall County Indictment Warrant for flagrant non- support. He was also served a Marshall County Warrant for failure to appear and a Livingston County Warrant for failure to appear.
Mary Elizabeth Fraser, 62, of 837 Heater Store Road, Smithland was charged on October 22, 2021 with possession of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia, and failure to notify DOT of address change.
Wesley A. Augustino, 39, of 92 Lone Valley Road, Calvert City was arrested on October 28, 2021 on a McCracken County Warrant for failure to appear.
