Joe Scoggins, age 56, passed away on August 16th, 2021, in his home in Grand Rivers, KY. Joe served in the United States Army, and was a devoted Christian. In his life, Joe worked as a welder. In his spare time, he enjoyed fishing, hunting, boating, and numerous outdoor activities.
Joe is survived by his wife, Greathern Howell Scoggins; his stepson, Jason (Shanda) Skinner; his sister, Ronda (Mike) Gipson; his step-grandchildren, Zoe and Austin Skinner; his nephew, Jacob Gipson, and his niece, Tanna Gipson.
