Shirley Ann Champion, 74, of Paducah, passed away Thursday, June 17, 2021 at Life Care Center of La Center.
Shirley was born on April 27, 1946 in Paducah to Palmer Roy Foster and Oina Shepherd Foster. She was a member of First Baptist Church of Paducah. Shirley worked as a legal secretary at Peck, Flannery, Gream, Warren, and Associates and at Lockhead- Martin in records management. She was a wonderful cook and was known for the amazing cakes and pies that she loved to bake. Shirley cherished every moment spent with her children and grandchildren.
Shirley is survived by one daughter, Kim Duncan (Brandon) of Paducah; one son, Chris Champion (Deidra) of Paducah; and five grandchildren, Cody Duncan of Paducah, Alex Duncan of Bayreuth, Germany, Blaire Champion of Paducah, Natalie Champion of Paducah, and Sawyer Champion of Paducah.
She was preceded in death by her husband, J.B. Champion and her parents.
A funeral service will be held at 1:00 p.m. on Monday, June 21, 2021 at Milner & Orr Funeral Home of Paducah.
A visitation will be held from 11:00 a.m. until 1:00 p.m. on Monday, June 21, 2021 at Milner & Orr Funeral Home of Paducah.
