Mrs. Martha June Moody Walker, age 91, of Gallatin, TN, formerly of Mayfield, KY, passed away on Sunday, November 1, 2020 at the home of her daughter.
She was a member of Old Bethel Primitive Baptist Church and currently attended Bethel Primitive Baptist Church in Goodlettsville, TN. She was a retired employee of Wheeler Feed Mill.
Mrs. Walker is survived by one son, Phillip (Beverly) Walker of Benton, KY; four daughters, Patricia (Tim) Walker-Medlin of Yorkville, IL, Christy (Gary) Gunn of Gallatin, TN, Shelia (Randy) Smith of Decautur, AL and Peggy (Brian) Cook of Hendersonville, TN; two sisters, Carolyn Wheeler of Paducah, KY and Peggy (Macon) Work of Mayfield, KY; fifteen grandchildren; sixteen great grandchildren; four great-great grandchildren; one great-great-great grandchild; and a mix of grandpuppies.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Parvin H. “P.H.” Walker and her parents, Revel and Ruby Gordon Moody.
Due to Covid, a private graveside service for Mrs. Martha June Moody Walker will be held with immediate family only. Officiated by Rev. Mike Roberts.
