Robert “Bob” Woods, 88, of Paducah, passed away Friday, October 9, 2020 at Jackson Purchase Medical Center.
He was born September 9, 1932 in Flat River, Missouri to William Herbert Woods and Golda (Wooldridge) Woods.
Bob proudly served his country in the United States Air Force for four years, where he earned the National Defense Service Medal and the Good Conduct Medal. He worked in the purchasing department of Kolb Brothers Drugs in Paducah. Bob was an active member of Lone Oak First Baptist Church for many years.
He is survived by several cousins, as well as many nieces and nephews.
Bob is preceded in death by his parents, William and Golda Woods; one sister, Shirley Jean Boyd; and two brothers, William Woods and James Woods.
Services for Bob Woods will be held at a later date.
