BENTON, KY – October 22, 2018 – Two local Mediacom employees earned top customer service awards during a ceremony held at Mediacom’s Regional Field Operations Center in Moline.
Billy Bufford, a resident of Benton, earned the ‘System Technician of the Year’ award for his extraordinary work as a broadband specialist in the technical operations field. Bufford has been employed with Mediacom for eight years.
Laura Stevenson, a resident of Calvert City, earned the ‘Payment Center Representative of the Year’ award for her excellent customer service performance. Stevenson has been employed with Mediacom for 21 years.
Mediacom employs 4,600 people companywide. The company’s owner and senior management team personally present annual awards to employees who earn the highest performance rankings and demonstrate outstanding service.
