Marshall County High School football player Luke Webber signed on Thursday to continue his football career at Bellarmine University in Louisville.
Luke has been a key contributor to the Marshall County football team for four seasons and a full-time starter the previous two seasons. He served as one of the team’s captains in his senior year and was named to the 2024 West Kentucky All-Conference Team.
Throughout the course of the season, Luke was asked to play multiple positions, on both sides of the ball, and each time he always put the team first and did whatever it took to make the Marshals a better team.
“Luke has a great work ethic in the weight room, on the football field, and in the classroom”, said Head Coach Nick Bloodworth. “We are excited that Luke will have the opportunity to continue playing football at Bellarmine University.”
Also joining Luke at his signing were members of his family, the football team, friends and coaches.
