Last week, the McCracken County Sheriff’s Office began an investigation into allegations that a juvenile female had been sexually assaulted by an adult she was left in the care of.
On January 10th, Dennis R. Hines (71) of Paducah was arrested and lodged at the McCracken County Regional Jail for:
Rape 1st Degree – Victim under 12
It shall be noted, Hines has two prior convictions for sexual assault of minors under the age of 12 and is currently on probation for the second conviction.
