
The McCracken County Sheriff’s Office arrested a Kentucky couple on drug charges on Monday following a traffic stop.
On 12/30/2024 deputies and detectives with the McCracken County Sheriff’s Office located a vehicle involved in a drug investigation traveling on I-24. The vehicle was stopped for traffic infractions. Deputies identified the occupants of the vehicle as 37-year-old Jonathan Reed of Louisville, KY and 29-year-old Kelsie Clark of Paducah, KY.
During the traffic stop, McCracken County Sheriff’s Office K-9 “Pino” indicated and alerted on the odor of illegal narcotics coming from the vehicle. During a search of the vehicle, detectives located approximately 3,000 counterfeit pills containing Fentanyl, baggies of powder Cocaine, capsules suspected to contain raw powder Fentanyl, Ecstasy pills containing suspected Methamphetamine, and $2,376 in cash believed to the proceeds of illicit drug sales.
Both Reed and Clark were arrested and lodged in the McCracken County Regional Jail.
Reed has an extensive criminal history and is currently on parole for drug trafficking at the time of this incident.

Charges: Excessive window tinting, license to be possession, trafficking in Fentanyl 2nd offense, trafficking in Cocaine 2nd offense, trafficking in Methamphetamine 2nd offense, possession of Methamphetamine, and possession of drug paraphernalia.
Arrested: Kelsie L. Clark, 29, of Paducah, KY
Charges: Trafficking in Fentanyl offense, trafficking in Cocaine, trafficking in Methamphetamine, possession of Methamphetamine, and possession of drug paraphernalia.
