Marshall County 2024 General Election ballot and voting options

The Marshall County Clerk’s Office has released a sample ballot for the general election on Tuesday, November 5, 2024.

Any registered voter can vote early between October 31 – November 2, 2024 from 8:00 AM until 4:00 PM at the Joe Creason Community Building, 1600 Park Avenue, Benton, KY 42025.

In person excused absentee voting will be conducted at the Marshall County Clerk’s Office at 1101 Main Street, Benton, KY 42025 between October 23 – 25 and October 28 – October 30, from 8:00 AM until 4:30 PM.

To be allowed to vote on these dates, you must meet one of the criteria listed here.

The deadline for Absentee ballots was October 22, 2024.

Election Day voting for all eligible voters will be from 6:00 AM until 6:00 PM on November 5, 2024.

Rather than requiring citizens to cast their vote in an assigned precinct, Marshall County has established seven voting centers across the county. While ballots are still tallied according to precinct boundaries, registered voters may cast their ballot at any of these locations, making voting even easier than before.
