On July 26th, 2024 Deputies arrested Wendy Garnett (46) of Paducah, KY a failure to appear Bench Warrant out of McCracken County District Court.
On August 2nd, 2024 Detectives charged Joshua Rivera (31) of Tinley Park, IL with Criminal Possession of a forged Instrument 2nd Degree after an investigation into a scam.
On August 4th, 2024 Deputies arrested Kevin Kritner (52) of Pensacola, FL for Alcohol Intoxication in a Public Place.
On August 4th, 2024 Deputies arrested Quintion Mouser (20) of Gilbertsville, KY for Criminal Trespassing 3rd Degree.
On August 4th, 2024 Deputies arrested Tiffany Pettyjohn (36) of Benton, KY following a traffic stop. A K9 was utilized and a search of the vehicle was conducted. The search produced suspected drugs and drug paraphernalia. Pettyjohn was arrested and charged with Possession of a Controlled Substance 1st Degree, 1st Offense (methamphetamine), Possession of Marijuana, Drug paraphernalia – Buy/Possess, Operating a Motor Vehicle Under the Influence 1st Offense, Operating a motor vehicle on a suspended or revoked operator’s license and other traffic charges.
On August 4th, 2024 Deputies arrested Jimmy Meadows (63) of Calvert City, KY for a Bench Warrant out of Marshall County District Court. Meadows was also cited for operating on a suspended or revoked operator’s license and other traffic charges.
On August 4th, 2024 Deputies arrested Christina Rulo (46) of Benton, KY when a traffic stop was conducted on a vehicle she was occupying. A K9 was utilized and a search of the vehicle was conducted. The search produced drugs and drug paraphernalia. Rulo was charged with Possession of a Controlled Substance 1st Degree, 1st Offense (methamphetamine), Possession of Marijuana, Drug Paraphernalia – Boy/Posses and other traffic charges.
On August 5th, 2024 Deputies arrested Richard Turner (46) of Benton, KY for a Probation Violation Warrant out of Marshall County Circuit Court.
On August 5th, 2024 Deputies arrested Connie Hamm (60) of Benton, KY for a Probation Violation out of McCracken County Circuit Court.
On August 5th, 2024 Deputies arrested Martin Lopez (38) of Benton, KY following a traffic stop. Lopez was charged with Operating a motor vehicle under the influence 1st offense and other traffic charges.
On August 5th, 2024 Deputies arrested Bonnie Adair (66) of Benton, KY following a traffic stop. A search of Adair’s vehicle produced suspected methamphetamine and paraphernalia. Adair was charged with possession of a controlled substance 1st degree, 1st offense (methamphetamine) and drug paraphernalia – buy/possess.
On August 5th, 2024 Deputies arrested Gregory McClain (35) of Benton, KY for a Bench Warrant out of Marshall County District Court as well as a Bench Warrant out of Graves County District Court.
On August 7th, 2024 Deputies arrested Bud Reynolds Tatum (52) of Benton, KY following a traffic stop where a search of his vehicle produced suspected methamphetamine, a firearm, hydrocodone and drug paraphernalia. Tatum was arrested and charged with Operating on a suspended or revoked operator’s license, Trafficking in a controlled substance 1st degree, 1st offense (methamphetamine) firearm enhanced, possession of a controlled substance, 1st degree, 1st offense Hydrocodone, firearm enhanced, drug paraphernalia – Buy/possess firearm enhanced, operating a motor vehicle under the influence 1st offense and other traffic charges.
