  • On Tuesday, April 2, 2024, in the late evening hours, members of the Western KY Violent Crime Task Force which included members of the Lyon County Sheriff’s Office and federal agents, assisted ATF-Paducah & Nashville Offices, US Marshal’s Service, Kentucky State Police, Princeton Police Department, PNTF, Nashville Metro Police, and Tennessee Bureau of Investigation in locating and arresting Anton L. Rucker (46) of Murfreesboro, TN while in Princeton. He was charged by the Princeton Police Department with being a Fugitive from Another State in connection with the Easter Sunday shooting in Nashville, TN which killed one victim and seriously injured multiple other victims.

Rucker was in the accompaniment of Terrance ‘Supreme’ Hall (43) of Princeton. Hall was arrested and charged by Princeton Police with being a Fugitive from Another State in an unrelated assault case. In addition, a search warrant execution at his Princeton home led to the discovery of additional contraband resulting in Hall being charged with Trafficking in a Controlled Substance-1st Degree (Methamphetamine), Trafficking Marijuana, Possession of Controlled Substance-1st Degree (Cocaine), and Drug Paraphernalia-Possession by Princeton Police. Both fugitives were lodged in the Caldwell County Jail.

 

  • On Wednesday, April 3, 2024, at 11:30am, Sheriff Brent White charged Eric L. Poe (35) of Eddyville on a Lyon District Court bench warrant for Contempt of Court involving an assault case. Poe voluntarily turned himself in at the courthouse and later posted bond before being released.

 

  • On Wednesday, April 3, 2024, around 7:30pm, K-9 Deputy David Carroll stopped a vehicle on US 62 West for speeding and no registration plates. Further investigation revealed the driver, David L. Teague (21) of Princeton possessed Marijuana as well. He was cited to court for Speeding (15 mph over the limit), No Registration, and Possession of Marijuana.

 

  • On Thursday, April 4, 2024, beginning at 7:45am, Sheriff Brent White and deputies began serving multiple warrants on twelve (12) individuals throughout the county. These arrests and warrant services were as follows:

 

  • Michael J. Burns (37) of Eddyville – served a Lyon Circuit Court indictment warrant for Possession of Controlled Substance-1st Degree (Methamphetamine). Burns was charged by Sheriff White and lodged in the Crittenden County Detention Center.

 

  • Casey A. Bennett (37) of Eddyville – served a Lyon Circuit Court indictment warrant for Possession of Controlled Substance-1st Degree (Methamphetamine), Possession of Marijuana, and Drug Paraphernalia Possession. Bennett was charged by Sheriff White and lodged in the Crittenden County Detention Center.

 

  • Michael M. Coates (49) address unknown – served a Lyon Circuit Court indictment warrant for Theft by Unlawful Taking – Auto (<$10,000). Coates was charged by Sheriff White and lodged in the Crittenden County Detention Center.

 

  • Armando De La Cruz’ Barrera (32) address unknown – served a Lyon Circuit Court indictment warrant for Theft of Identity of Another Without Consent (3 counts), and Criminal Possession of a Forged Instrument-2nd Degree (1 count). Barrera was charged by Sheriff White and lodged in the Crittenden County Detention Center.

 

  • Joseph W. Daugherty (24) address unknown – served a Lyon Circuit Court indictment warrant for Assault-3rd Degree and Persistent Felony Offender-I. Daugherty was charged by Deputy Francis and remains in state custody.

 

  • Arasho Mills (28) address unknown – served a Lyon Circuit Court indictment warrant for Assault-3rd Degree and Persistent Felony Offender-I. Mills was charged by Deputy Francis and remains in state custody.

 

 

  • Anthony L. Alexander (30) address unknown – served a Lyon Circuit Court indictment warrant for Assault-3rd Degree and Persistent Felony Offender-I. Alexander was charged by Deputy Francis and remains in state custody.

 

 

  • Laterrious Bell (32) address unknown – served a Lyon Circuit Court indictment warrant for Promoting Contraband-1st Degree (2 counts) and Persistent Felony Offender-I (2 counts). Bell was charged by Deputy Francis and remains in state custody.

 

 

  • Tony Howard (34) address unknown – served a Lyon Circuit Court indictment warrant for Complicity to Assault-2nd Degree, Promoting Contraband-1st Degree and Persistent Felony Offender-I. Howard was charged by Deputy Francis and remains in state custody.

 

  • Jeremy Nelson (45) address unknown – served a Lyon Circuit Court indictment warrant for Complicity to Assault-2nd Degree, Promoting Contraband-1st Degree and Persistent Felony Offender-I. Nelson was charged by Deputy Francis and remains in state custody.

 

  • Clayton T. Hett (23) of Lamasco was arrested by units from the Lyon County Sheriff’s Office and the United States Marshal’s Service at his home. Hett was listed as a fugitive from Illinois as it pertained to an arrest warrant charging him with Arson-Class 2 Felony and Criminal Damage to Property-Class 4 Felony. Hett was charged by Chief Deputy Sam Adams with being a Fugitive from Another State, and lodged in the Crittenden County Detention Center.

 

  • Christopher A. Odom (46) of Eddyville was arrested at his home around 3:45pm. Odom was the target of a narcotics investigation which began in the Fall of 2023 by the Sheriff’s Office and the Western Kentucky Violent Crime Task Force. Odom was recently indicted by a Lyon County Grand Jury charging him with Trafficking Controlled Substance-1st Degree, 2nd or Greater Offense (Methamphetamine), Possession of Marijuana, and Drug Paraphernalia-Possession. The case was presented by Task Force Officer Sam Adams, who also arrested Odom on this date.

 

At the time of his arrest on this date, Odom was also in possession of additional contraband. He was charged with new offenses including Possession Controlled Substance-1st Degree, 2nd Offense (Methamphetamine), Possession of Marijuana, and Drug Paraphernalia by Deputy Josh Travis. Odom was lodged in the Crittenden County Detention Center.
