Paducah Woman Charged With Drug Trafficking

The McCracken County Sheriff’s Office arrested a Paducah woman on
drug trafficking charges on Monday evening following a traffic stop.

On 02/19/2024 Deputies conducted a traffic stop on vehicle driven by
35-year-old Leanna Alexander on Irvin Cobb Drive in Paducah. Deputies
knew that Alexander was driving a suspended driver’s license and was
probation for drug offenses. During the roadside investigation,
Alexander admitted that she had drugs and paraphernalia concealed on
her person. Deputies recovered approximately six (6) grams of
Methamphetamine, a glass smoking pipe, Marijuana, doses of Xanax, and
$1043 in cash believed to be proceeds of illegal drug sales.

Alexander was arrested and lodged in the McCracken County Regional
Jail.

Arrested: Leanna Alexander 35, of South 28th Street Paducah, KY

Charges: Operating on suspended license, trafficking in
Methamphetamine, possession of Marijuana, Possession of Xanax, and
Possession of drug paraphernalia.
