The Marshall County Health Department offers some free services and advice for expecting moms and new mothers. Joining us recently on WCBL’s Coffee Call program was Lillian Brown. Brown is a senior at Murray State and will be graduating in May, but she will be with the health department through July. One program she works with is the Health Access Nurturing Development Services or HANDS. Brown says the program is free and is a good resource for pregnant women and brand new moms.
