PADUCAH, Ky. (January 25, 2024) – KY 70 is blocked in southern Crittenden County due to a chicken manure spill.
KY 70 is blocked near the 2 mile marker between Dycusburg and Frances due to a chicken manure spill near Main Lake Road.
The spill has made the roadway slick and hazardous forcing it to be closed. The KYTC Crittenden County Highway Maintenance Crew is en route to clean the roadway.
The estimated duration is 2 hours.
Passenger vehicles may self-detour via KY 902 and KY 855. Trucks should see an approved state route appropriate to their weight classification.
