Elena Blevins, executive director of Kentucky Lake Convention and Visitors Bureau joined us recently on WCBL’s Coffee Call program. She says this is a busy time for her as she attends out-of-state boats shows and outdoor shows. She recently attended the boat show near St. Louis and most recently was in Chicago promoting the Kentucky Lakes area. Blevins says they always have a strong number of visitors from both the St. Louis and Chicago area. And she says there are a number of big fishing tournaments coming to the lakes area this year.
