
Lily Burnett and Jayden Jackson, 2023 graduates of Christian Fellowship School, were honored on Friday for their athletic and leadership accomplishments while students. During home basketball games on Friday, attention was centered on two new banners that bear their names.
Lily holds numerous records at CFS in volleyball and as a basketball player, she scored over 1,600 points and 1,000 rebounds. A multi-sport athlete, Lily lettered in four sports and was a multiple state qualifier in track and field. Lily was selected to the 4th District All-Tournament volleyball team each year from 2020 to 2023.
Jayden, also a multi-sport athlete, lettered in three sports. She scored over 1,000 points in basketball, had over 600 rebounds and 600 assists. As a softball player, Jayden holds the school record in all statistical categories and has the KHSAA state record for highest career batting average at .566. Jayden was named to the 4th District All-Tournament team in volleyball in 2021 and the 4th District All-Tournament team in softball in 2022 and 2023.
