The Pat and Bobby Cole Scholarship Applications for a $1000 award for graduating Senior girls of any Marshall County High School are now available at the Counselor’s Offices of the high schools. Home schooled students interested in applying are asked to call or text Barbara Fielder 270-559-1356 or e-mail her at barbara_fielder@aol.com to request an application. All returned applications must be postmarked by April 1, 2024.
Qualifications for the Scholarship are: Be a graduating girl from any Marshall County High School or Home-Schooled Program in Marshall County with at least a B average, be a registered Republican or willing to register as a Republican when 18, submit requested transcript and letters of recommendations with application and have an interview with the Scholarship Committee.
This Scholarship is offered by the Marshall County Republican Women with at least one $1000 Scholarship offered. Funds for the Scholarship are made by holding various events–yard sales, craft shows during the year and donations.
