Mrs. Wanda Tolbird McCombs, age 84, of Mayfield passed away on Monday, December 25, 2023 at Clinton Place in Clinton, KY.
She was of the Baptist faith and a retired employee of Curlee Clothing Company.
Mrs. McCombs is survived by her husband of 66 years, William O. McCombs; two sons, Dr. Rick (Ann) McCombs of Boaz, KY and Jim McCombs of Mayfield, KY; one sister, Annetta “DeDe” (David) Whitlock of Cunningham, KY; three grandchildren, Michael McCombs of Nashville, TN, Evan (Madelynn) McCombs of Symsonia, KY and Anya McCombs of Boaz, KY; and several nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by an infant daughter, Tammie McCombs; one brother, Mitchell Tolbird; and her parents, Tollie Voris and Mary Sams Tolbird.
Graveside services for Mrs. Wanda Tolbird McCombs will be 1:00 p.m. on Saturday, December 30, 2023 at Spence Chapel Cemetery. Rev. Rick Miller will officiate. Interment will follow.
Visitation will be 11:00 a.m. – 12:30 p.m. on Saturday at Byrn Funeral Home in Mayfield, KY.
