Dr. Kenneth Bryan Grogan, age 66, of Murray, Kentucky, passed away on Saturday, December 2, 2023, at the Anna Mae Owen Residential Hospice House in Murray, Kentucky.
Dr. Grogan was born on July 23, 1957, in Murray, Kentucky to the late Bobby Grogan and Verona (Smith) Grogan. Dr. Grogan was an Optometrist working in the Paducah area for 30 years. He was known for his love of golf, reading, gardening, and the Tennessee Titans.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by one brother, Terry Grogan.
Survivors include his wife, Tonya (Walker) Grogan of Murray, Kentucky; two stepsons, William Lee of Austin, Texas and Cody Lee and wife Ember of Dexter, Kentucky; two local cousins, Susan Dunman and Barry Grogan both of Murray, Kentucky; as well as his loving four legged companions, Aggie, Amos, Buddy, and Chica.
A funeral will be held at 11:00 a.m., Wednesday, December 6, 2023, at the J.H. Churchill Funeral Home & Cremation Services with Elder Jeff Steen officiating. Burial will follow in the Murray City Cemetery. Visitation will be held from 5:00 p.m. – 9:00 p.m., Tuesday, December 5, 2023, at the J.H. Churchill Funeral Home & Cremation Services.
