Jacqueline Jean Hutchison “Jeannie”, age 58, of Calvert City, Kentucky, passed away at 9:03 A.M. Thursday, November 2, 2023 at Mercy Health- Lourdes Hospital.
Jeannie was born in Tucson, Arizona on Thursday, January 28, 1965 to Jacqueline Hutchison. She was an animal lover, a good cook and enjoyed spending time with her family. She had a collection of elephants and had a green thumb. In her own words, she was “eccentric and fun loving”.
Ms. Hutchison is survived by her daughter, Samantha Joyce Jean McKay (Waylon) of Benton, Kentucky; her sisters, Velva Woodford of Paducah, Kentucky and Bertha Herndon (Blayne) of California; her grandson, Zaiden McKay; her nieces, Crystal Jeter (Chris) and Jacqueline Thomasson (Matthew); her great nieces, Kaizlynn and Madilynn Thomasson; her great nephew, Ethan “Tate” Jeter.
Ms. Hutchison was preceded in death by her mother, Jacqueline Joyce Broyles Hutchison.
Funeral services are scheduled for 11:00 A.M. Monday, November 6, 2023 at the Lone Oak Chapel of Milner & Orr Funeral Home. Entombment will follow at Woodlawn Memorial Gardens.
Visitation will be held from 10:00-11:00 A.M. Monday, November 6, 2023 at the Lone Oak Chapel.
