Mr. Terry Doughrity, age 83, of Mayfield passed away on Sunday, June 18, 2023 at Baptist Health in Paducah, KY.
He attended Pryorsburg Baptist Church, was an avid golfer, loved Mayfield football and the Kentucky Wildcats. He was a 1959 graduate of Mayfield High School, a retired 36 year employee of General Tire and currently was a driver for Mayfield Senior Citizens.
Mr. Doughrity is survived by one son, Mike (Sherri) Doughrity of Franklin, IN; one daughter, Tammy (Kenneth Smith) Doughrity of Mayfield, KY; one sister, Gail Daughrity Elliott of Mayfield, KY; 2 grandchildren; and five great grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his wife, Judy Carlisle Doughrity; one brother, Dennis Daughrity; one sister, Joan Daughrity; and his parents, James Wayne and Mary Elizabeth Pollock Daughrity.
Funeral services for Mr. Terry Doughrity will be 2:00 p.m. on Saturday, June 24, 2023 at Byrn Funeral Home in Mayfield, KY. Rev. Marshall Ivey will officiate.
Visitation will be 12:00 p.m. – 2:00 p.m. on Saturday at the funeral home.
