On Tuesday, April 18th, 2023, the McCracken County Sheriff’s Office was contacted by Social Services regarding a sexual assault involving a Juvenile under the age of 16.
McCracken County Detectives conducted an investigation and learned that, Kaleb Terry, 28, of Paducah KY had engaged in sexual contact with the juvenile.
Kaleb Terry was interviewed and confessed that he has had a sexual relationship with the Juvenile.
Terry was arrested and taken to McCracken County Regional Jail.
