Chola Nadine Thomason, age 98, of Wickliffe, passed away on Saturday, April 15, 2023 at Parkview Nursing and Rehabilitation.
Nadine was born in Burkley on October 1, 1924 to the late Johnnie and Louise Holder King. She was a member of First Baptist Church of Wickliffe and Ballard County Senior Citizens. Nadine loved life. She loved to be on the go when she could and to dance.
Nadine is survived by one daughter, Patricia “Pat” Nix of Arlington; three sons, Joe Thomason (Mary Ellen) of Paducah, Vandy Thomason (Kay) of Paducah, Tracy Thomason of West Paducah; two sisters, Doris Brown of Bardwell, Marcella Bondurant of Union City, Tennessee; seven grandchildren, Toby Thomason, Christa Dubrock, Natalie Hayden, Morgan Jamison, Tyler Thomason, Brittany Wisniewski, Jennifer Lee, 15 great-grandchildren and four great-great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her husband, W.T. Thomason and her parents.
Funeral services will be held on Tuesday, April 18, 2023 at 12:00 p.m. Milner & Orr Funeral Home of Wickliffe with Rev. David Sphinx officiating. Burial will follow the service at Burkley Cemetery.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, April 18, 2023 from 10:00 a.m. until 12:00 p.m. at Milner & Orr Funeral Home of Wickliffe.
