Jimmy P. Shaw, age 79, of Benton, KY, died Wednesday, February 15, 2023, at Lake Way Nursing & Rehabilitation in Benton, KY.
He was born in Cadiz, KY to the late Thurman Powell Shaw and the late Robbie Jane Litchfield Shaw. He was of the Baptist faith and was a retired electrician for Riley Electric. He was also a member of the International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers Local #816 of Paducah, KY.
He is survived by his wife: Sharon Shaw of Benton, KY; His son, Steven Shaw (Rachael) of Benton, KY; his daughter, Sherrie Murray (Bill) of St, Charles, MO and granddaughters, Shelby Shaw and Mallory Shaw of Benton, KY.
Funeral Services will be held on Saturday, February 18, 2023 at 1:00 pm at the Collier Funeral Home Chapel with Kevin Willie officiating.
Visitation will be Friday, February 17, 2023 from 5:00 pm to 8:00 pm at Collier Funeral Home.
