  1. On Friday, January 27, 2023, just after 10pm, Deputy David Carroll was dispatched to a disturbance on Center Ridge Road. Upon arrival, Deputy Carroll made contact with Ronald E. Lynch (62) of Eddyville.  Lynch was extremely intoxicated and verbally offensive.  He was arrested by Deputy Carroll and charged with Alcohol Intoxication-1st Lynch was lodged in the Crittenden County Detention Center.

 

 

  1. On Saturday, January 28, 2023, at 3:45pm, Chief Deputy Sam Adams responded to a disturbance complaint at a residence on KY 93 South. Upon arrival, he made contact with Joshua D. Velten (32) of Eddyville.  Velten was the subject of a previous trespassing complaint from January 16, 2023.  Velten was charged by Chief Deputy Adams with Criminal Trespassing-3rd

 

 

  1. On Sunday, January 29, 2023, at 11:30pm, Deputy Joe Witherspoon responded to a disturbance complaint at a residence on KY 1271 South of Suwanee. Upon arrival and after an investigation, Deputy Witherspoon arrested and charged Edward B. McKinney (60) and Peggy E. McKinney (57), charging each with Assault-4th Degree (minor injury).  Both subjects were lodged in the Crittenden County Detention Center.  Deputy Witherspoon was assisted by Eddyville PD Officer Josh Travis.

 

 

  1. On Monday, January 30, 2023, at 12:18pm, Sheriff Brent White was dispatched to a single vehicle collision on KY 3305 at the intersection of Elkhorn Tavern Road. The investigation revealed a 2003 Ford Mustang, driven by Tristan I. Tinsley (20) of Fredonia was South on KY 3305 when he failed to negotiate a curve and left the roadway before colliding with two ditches.  No injuries were reported; however, Tinsley was arrested by Sheriff White and charged with the following:

 

  • Operating on Suspended/Revoked Operator’s License
  • Failure to Register Transfer of Motor Vehicle
  • Failure of Owner to Maintain Required Insurance-1st Offense

 

Tinsley was arrested by Sheriff White and later lodged in the Crittenden County
Detention Center.
