William ‘Bill’ Joseph Moore
Bill Moore, 76, of Paducah, passed away on Sunday, December 11, 2022 at Baptist Health Paducah.
Mr. Moore was a retired Maintenance Mechanic for USEC after 35 years. He was a member of St. Francis de Sales Catholic Church, a 4th degree in the Knights of Columbus Council #1055 and a Board of Directors member of C Plant Federal Credit Union. Bill enjoyed woodcarving, crocheting, drawing and carpentry work.
Bill is survived by his wife of 53 years, Sandra ‘Sandy’ Sullivan Moore; two daughters, Karen Coreau (Ted) of Paducah and Jennifer Fox (Jimmy) of Paducah; two sons, Michael Moore (Tammi) of Paducah and John Moore (Sarah) of Lawrenceberg; eleven grandchildren, Cecily Woods, Samantha Cooke, Kayla Quarles (Anden), Matthew Moore (Chelsea), James Mayfield, Andrew Moore, Jessie Moore, Mark Moore, Collin Moore, Courtney Moore and Charles Moore; three great-grandchildren, Wesley Moore, Emery Quarles and Cora Jo McNew.
He was preceded in death by a brother, Robert David Moore Jr. His parents were Robert David Moore Sr. and Jessie Lee Stokes Moore.
A funeral mass will be held at 12:00 pm on Thursday, December 15, 2022 at St. Francis de Sales Catholic Church with Rev. Gary Clark officiating.
Visitation will be held from 9:00 am until 11:30 am on Thursday, December 15, 2022 at Milner & Orr Funeral Home and Cremation Services of Paducah.
Burial will be held at Mt. Carmel Cemetery at a later date.
