James “Jamie” Collins, 50, of Benton, passed away Friday, October 21, 2022.
Jamie was born in Benton, KY on September, 5 1972 to Delbert and Anna Morris Collins. He was a painter by trade and of the baptist faith. He was a member of Dexter Baptist Church. Jamie loved spending his time outdoors. He enjoyed going camping and fishing in his free time.
Jamie is survived by two daughters, Ally Lynn Collins and Mackenzie Elizabeth Collins, both of Benton; one son, Dalton Wayne Collins of Benton; one sister, Mary Collins of Benton; one brother, Josh Collins of Benton; his father, Delbert Collins of Benton; three nieces, Shelby Collins, Miley Collins, Baley Edwards; one great nephew, Nolan Jarvis; and his longtime companion, Pamela Salyers.
He was preceded in death by his mother, Anna Morris Collins.
Visitation will be held from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM on Saturday, October 29, 2022 at Filbeck-Cann Funeral Home of Milner & Orr.
Funeral services will be held at 1:00 PM on Saturday, October 29, 2022 at Filbeck-Cann Funeral Home with Bro.Tom Starks officiating. Burial will follow at Brooks Chapel Cemetery.
