Mr. Houston Harold Rogers, age 90, of Mayfield passed away on Wednesday, October 12, 2022 at Jackson Purchase Medical Center in Mayfield, KY.
He was a lifelong member of Hickory Baptist Church, a retired employee of Air Products in Calvert City, KY and a U.S. Navy veteran.
Mr. Rogers is survived by two sons, Joe Dell (Kim) Rogers and Harold Shane (Carrie) Rogers both of Mayfield, KY; two daughters, Lisa (Jimmy) Hargrove and Rita (Mitchell) Patterson both of Mayfield, KY; one sister, Lois Owens of Indiana; seven grandchildren; and five great grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his wife, Katie Rogers; four sisters, Frances Acres, Kathleen Casey, Mary Hopson, and Billie Sue Hicks; one brother, Ellis Rogers; and his parents, Joe and Odena Sawyers Rogers.
Funeral services for Mr. Houston Harold Rogers will be 1:00 p.m. on Saturday, October 15, 2022 at Byrn Funeral Home in Mayfield, KY. Bro. Bill Mason will officiate. Entombment will follow at Mayfield Memory Gardens Mausoleum.
Pallbearers will be Jimmy Hargrove, Kyle Feagin, Trevor Dowdy, Lukin Rogers, Jonathan Short and Michael Rogers. Honorary pallbearers will be Gaylon Rogers, Johnny Hicks and Gentry Patterson.
