Traffic Stop Leads to Arrest 08/18/2022

On August 18^th, 2022, at approximately 7:30pm, A Deputy with the McCracken County Sheriff’s Office conducted a traffic stop on Hardmoney Rd. near McNeil Rd. The vehicle was a 2013 Dodge pick-up truck driven by 33-year-old Scott D. Shirley of Paducah, KY.

During the investigation, it was discovered that Shirley was in possession of a quantity of Hydrocodone, a quantity of Marijuana, and several other items related to Drug Paraphernalia.

Shirley was arrested and transported to the McCracken County Regional Jail where he was lodged.

Arrested: Scott D. Shirley, 33 of Paducah, KY

Charges:

• No Registration Receipt
• No Registration Plate
• Failure to Maintain Insurance
• Failure to Produce Insurance Card
• Possession of Drug Paraphernalia
• Prescription of Cont. Sub. not in Proper Container
• Possession of Cont. Sub. 1^st Degree (Hydrocodone)
• Possession of Marijuana
