
After investigating further, it was determined William W. Jackson (39, of Paducah) broke into the business in the Brown Street area early Saturday morning, took several sets of keys, and stole the 2007 Chevrolet Monte Carlo.
Jackson was interviewed at the hotel and admitted to breaking into the business on Brown Street and stealing the vehicle.
Jackson was arrested and charged with Theft by Unlawful Taking under $10,000 and Burglary 3rd Degree. He was lodged in the McCracken County Jail.
It was also determined Jackson attempted to break into a different business on Bridge Street late Friday as well. The investigation is ongoing and other charges are possible.

The Paducah police are seeking the public’s help in identifying a subject and locating the vehicle stolen from the Brown Street area.
The vehicle was stolen from the Brown Street area around 2:00 am this morning. The vehicle is a 2007 Monte Carlo black with red markings.
Anyone with information on the subject’s identity or the vehicle’s location is asked to call the Paducah Police Department at 270/444-8550.
