Martha May Collins, age 76, passed away on April 17, 2025. Born on February 15, 1949, Martha touched the lives of many with her genuine kindness and warm spirit. She will be remembered for her many years of dedicated service at the Paducah Days Inn, where she worked diligently in the laundry room.
Through many difficult trials, Martha’s faith was evident in the way she expressed her love for the Lord Jesus Christ. She lived her life, caring for others and spreading compassion. Martha enjoyed simple pleasures. She was an enthusiastic fan of game shows, especially ‘Wheel of Fortune,’ which she watched throughout her life.
Above all, Martha was a beloved mother and grandmother. Her guidance, love, and caring nature shaped her family, leaving a legacy of precious memories. She will be deeply missed by all who knew her.
Martha is survived by her husband of 52 years, Charles Collins; one son, Michael Marlar of Paducah; three grandchildren, Zachary Marlar, Christina Marlar, and Gloria Marlar, all of Paducah.
She was preceded in death by her mother, Lucille Murray.
Funeral arrangements are being handled by Milner & Orr Funeral Home and Cremation Services of Paducah, Kentucky and are incomplete at this time.
