On 03/13/2025, Kendall Blakney (42) of Calvert City KY, was arrested and charged with operating a motor vehicle under the influence of substances, possession of synthetic drugs and possession of drug paraphernalia.
On 03/13/2025, Cheyenne Driver (21) of Calvert City, was arrested and served an indictment warrant issued out of Marshall Circuit Court for the charges of murder, criminal abuse 1st degree, failure to report child dependent neglected/abused, and endangering the welfare of a minor.
On 03/12/2025, Roy Marchand (47) of Benton KY, was arrested on an indictment warrant issued out of Marshall Circuit Court for the charges of trafficking in a controlled substance 1st degree 2nd offense, possession of drug paraphernalia and endangering the welfare of a minor.
On 03/12/2025, Claude Johnson (28) of Benton KY, was charged with assault 3rd degree (2 counts). It was discovered that Mr. Johnson had assaulted 2 corrections officers at the Marshall County Jail while he was incarcerated in the facility.
On 03/11/2025, William Hamby (36) of Paducah KY, was arrested and served a criminal complaint warrant charging him with violation of a KY IPO.
On 03/10/2025, Justin Harper (46) of Calvert City KY, was arrested and served an indictment warrant issued out of Marshall Circuit court charging him with trafficking in a controlled substance 1st degree, possession of marijuana, possession of a controlled substance 1st degree and possession of a controlled substance 3rd degree.
On 03/10/2025, Joshua Fraliex (35) of Marion KY, was arrested when the vehicle that he was operating was stopped on US 641 N in Marshall County. Mr. Fraliex was charged with trafficking in a controlled substance 1st degree (methamphetamine), possession of drug paraphernalia, no insurance, and other traffic offenses.
On 03/10/2025, Skyler Whitt (37) of Benton KY, was arrested and served an indictment warrant issued out of Marshall Circuit Court charging him with rape 3rd degree and sodomy 3rd degree.
On 03/08/2025, Tucker Gentle (33) of Paducah KY, was arrested on an indictment warrant issued out of Marshall Circuit Court for the charges of sodomy 1st degree and attempted Rape 1st degree.
