On 3/9/2025, Adin Tomas (24) of Mayfield KY, was arrested when the vehicle that he was operating was stopped on US 641 S in Marshall County. Mr. Tomas was found to be under the influence and charged with operating a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol (w/aggravating circumstances), possession of an open alcoholic beverage in a motor vehicle, no insurance, improper lane usage, no operator’s license and possession of marijuana.
03/08/2025, Crystal Irvan (46) of Benton KY, was arrested when the she was operating was stopped on Clarks River Lane in Marshall County. Irvan was charged with speeding 26 MPH or greater over speed limit, reckless driving, possession of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia and operating a motor vehicle under the influence of substances.
On 3/8/2025, James R. Barrett (51) of Benton KY, was arrested when deputies were called to a disturbance on Moors Camp Hwy. Deputies located Mr. Barrett walking down the roadway and placed him under arrest.
On 03/7/2025, Christopher Beecham (36) of Benton KY, was arrested on an indictment warrant issued out of Marshall Circuit Court charging him with 2 counts of incest (victim less than 18).
On 03/07/2025, Matthew Allison (33) of Greenbriar TN, was arrested on an indictment warrant issued out of Marshall Circuit Court charging him with sexual abuse 1st degree.
On 03/07/2025, Albert Walker (18) of Calvert City KY, was arrested on an indictment warrant issued out of Marshall Circuit Court charging him with Murder, Criminal Abuse 1st degree (child 12 or under), failure to report child dependent neglected or abused and endangering the welfare of a minor.
On 03/06/2025, Carolyn Langdon (45) of Gilbertsville KY, was arrested when she was located passed out in a vehicle in a business parking lot near Draffenville. Ms. Langdon was charged with driving on a DUI suspended license 2nd offense, possession of a controlled substance 3rd or greater offense (methamphetamine), possession of a controlled substance 1st degree (opiates), illegal possession of a legend drug and possession of drug paraphernalia.
On 03/05/2025, Devan Trinkle (23) of Hardin KY, was arrested on a criminal complaint warrant charging him with terroristic threatening 3rd degree.
On 03/03/2025, Benjamin Holland (42) of Gilbertsville KY, was arrested and charged with fleeing evading police 3rd degree and possession of marijuana. Deputies executed a search warrant at Mr. Hollands residence. Holland was charged with possession of a controlled substance 1st degree 3rd or greater offense (methamphetamine), possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia.
On 03/03/2025, Kyle Nelson (44) of Benton KY, was arrested when the vehicle he was operating was stopped on Palma Road. Mr. Nelson was charged with no registration, possession of drug paraphernalia, operating on a suspended license, possession of a controlled substance 1st degree (methamphetamine), possession of marijuana and no insurance 2nd offense. The passenger of the vehicle, Lisa Berkley (53) of Benton KY, was charged with possession of a controlled substance 1st degree 3rd offense (methamphetamine), possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia.
On 03/02/2025, Joshua Burrow (44) of Benton KY, was served a bench warrant issued out of Davies County Circuit Court for the charge of failure to appear.
On 03/02/2025, Jamie Tubbs (37) of Paducah KY, was arrested when the vehicle that she was operating was stopped on 68 W in Marshall County. Ms. Tubbs was charged with no insurance, possession of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of controlled substance 1st degree (methamphetamine) along with other traffic offenses.
On 03/01/2025, Christopher Goode Jr. (34) of Benton KY, was arrested when the vehicle that he was operating was stopped on US 641 N in Marshall County. Mr. Goode was charged with operating a motor vehicle under the influence 1st offense and driving on a dui suspended license.
On 02/28/2025, Timothy Adams (30) of an unknown address in KY, was arrested on a parole violation warrant. Mr. Adams was also served a criminal complaint warrant issued out of Fayette County Court for the charge of failure to comply with sex offender registry.
On 02/28/2025, Stephen Newton (34) of Benton KY, was arrested for being a fugitive from justice from the state of IL. Newton was wanted in IL for felony possession of methamphetamine.
On 02/26/2025, Amy Stokes (39) of Benton KY, was arrested on a bench warrant issued out of Ballard District Court for the charge of failure to appear. Ms. Stokes was also served a criminal summons for theft by unlawful taking issued out of McCracken County District Court.
