On 2/8/2025, Steven Lane (47) of Benton KY, was arrested and served a criminal complaint warrant charging him with assault 4th degree and violation of a KY EPO.
On 02/09/2025, James Bailey (28) of Murray KY, was arrested on an indictment warrant issued out of Marshall Circuit Court for the charge of trafficking in a controlled substance 1st degree (methamphetamine). Bailey was also served a bench warrant issued out of Graves District Court for the charge of contempt of court.
On 2/9/2025, Darrell Keeling (59) of Paducah KY, was arrested on numerous bench warrants. Two of the bench warrants were issued out of Crittenden District Court for the charge of failure to pay restitution and failure to appear. Keeling was also served a bench warrant issued out of Lyon County District Court for contempt of court. Keeling was also served a bench warrant issued out of Caldwell district court for the charge of failure to pay restitution.
On 02/09/2025, Joseph Morgan (42) of Bowling Green KY, was arrested on a bench warrant issued out of Calloway Circuit Court for the charge of contempt of court.
On 02/09/2025, Ladon Mohler (48) of Almo KY, was arrested and on a bench warrant issued out of Calloway Circuit Court for the charge of contempt of court.
On 02/09/2025, Brandon Laurenzana (36) of London KY, was arrested on a bench warrant issued out of Hardin County KY for the charge of failure to appear.
On 02/09/2025, Donald Lamb (51) of Sedalia KY, was arrested on a bench warrant issued out of Graves District Court for the charge of contempt of court.
On 02/10/2025, Cody Springer (28) of Calvert City KY, was arrested when deputies responded to a disturbance at a residence on Horace Barnes Rd. Upon investigation it was determined that Cody Springer was intoxicated and had fired a gun at his father during an argument. His father was not struck by the bullet but it was fired in a direction which was in close proximity to where the father was standing. Cody Springer was charged with wanton endangerment 1st degree.
On 02/11/2025, Amanda Davenport (42) of Benton KY, was arrested and charged with public intoxication (controlled substance), possession of a controlled substance 1st degree (methamphetamine) and possession of drug paraphernalia. Deputies were called to a local motel due to a customer attempting to check in and unable to local a desk clerk. Deputies conducted a search of the area and located Davenport passed out in a meeting room apparently and admittedly under the influence of controlled substances.
On 2/14/2025, Scott Schueler (50) of Benton KY, was arrested on a 2 bench warrants issued out of Marshall District Court both for the charge of failure to appear.
On 2/14/2025, Kathy Wecker (46) of Benton KY, was arrested on a bench warrant issued out of Marshall District Court for the charge of failure to appear.
On 02/12/2025, Pablo Lozada (52) of Hardin KY, was arrested on a criminal complaint warrant when deputies discovered that he was a registered sex offender and he had not changed his address on the registry. Lozada was charged with failure to comply with sex offender registry. On 2/14/25, Lozada was also charged with trafficking in a controlled substance 1st degree (methamphetamine).
On 2/16/2025, Shayanna Futrell (22) of Paducah KY, was arrested for alcohol intoxication in a public place when she was located walking on I 69 and under the influence.
On 2/14/2025, Mark Breedlove ( 64) of Mayfield KY, was arrested on a criminal complaint warrant issued out of Lyon District court for the charge of violation of a KY EPO.
On 2/18/2025, Martha Barton (44) of Paducah KY, was served a criminal complaint warrant issued out of Graves District Court for the charge of burglary 3rd degree and criminal trespassing 3rd degree.
On 02/17/2025, Lisa Mayes (49) of Benton KY, was arrested on a bench warrant issued out of McCracken Circuit court for the charge of failure to appear.
