PADUCAH, Ky. (Feb. 16, 2025) – The Kentucky Transportation Cabinet District 1 has blocked KY 58/Brewers Highway at the 1.3 MM in Marshall County, about a mile east of the Graves-Marshall County Line, where infrastructure was damaged by this weekend’s flash flooding event.
Flooding has undermined the roadway, washing out pavement. Repairs will be scheduled later.
Motorists heading south on KY 2603 will be unable to make a right turn onto KY 58. They will need to turn left and head to the Brewers “Y.”
Similarly, westbound motorists from Hardin to Mayfield will need to turn right at the “Y” from KY 402 onto KY 58/Mayfield Highway, heading toward Benton.
When traveling from Mayfield to Benton, motorists should use Interstate 69.
