Calvert City, KY (February 10, 2025) – On February 06, 2025 officers received a complaint of a male subject who was possibly under the influence at Snap Fitness. Upon arrival officers made contact with the subject who had slurred speech and was slow moving. The subject admitted to taking Xanax before coming to work out. After further investigation, Jessie Aaron Moyers, 31, of Calvert City was arrested for public intoxication – controlled substances (excludes alcohol).
