
In early December 2024, the McCracken County Sheriff’s Office received complaints alleging illegal drug activity, such as Fentanyl trafficking, was occurring at a residence on Bullard Street in the Farley community of McCracken County. Drug Division detectives immediately began an investigation and identified the residents as Daniel W. Ford, 35, and Ashley N. Whittington, 34.
On December 11, 2024, Drug Division detectives executed a search warrant at their residence on Bullard Street. During the search, detectives located and seized Fentanyl, Methamphetamine, items of drug paraphernalia, and other items of evidentiary value consistent with both the use and sale of illegal drugs.
Arrest warrants were taken out on both Ford and Whittington in connection with the evidence seized in the investigation.
On January 16, 2024, detectives and patrol deputies located both Ford and Whittington at their residence on Bullard Street, where they were arrested without incident. They were both lodged in the McCracken County Regional Jail.
