Deputies pursued Alexander and were soon assisted by the Metropolis Police Department and the Massac County Sheriff’s Office.
Alexander eventually tried to enter back into Kentucky via the Brookport Bridge where McCracken County Sheriff’s Deputies were waiting with spike strips. After Alexander struck the spike strips the chase ended at a local business located at 1939 North 8th Street in Paducah, KY. Alexander was arrested without further incident.
Detectives seized a straw with Methamphetamine from Alexander’s pocket. Additional drugs and paraphernalia were located inside the vehicle.
