
A McCracken County man was arrested following a traffic stop this past Tuesday on numerous offenses including receiving stolen property and drug charges.
On 11/26/2024 detectives conducted a traffic stop on a vehicle in the 7200 block of Cairo Road for traffic infractions. During the stop detectives identified the driver of the vehicle as 49-year-old Larry Henderson. During a roadside investigation detectives learned that Henderson’s license was suspended, and he had a warrant for his arrest. Henderson was arrested.
During a probable cause search of the vehicle, detectives located Marijuana and several items of property that were believed to have been stolen from local retailers. Henderson ultimately admitted that he had stolen the items located in his vehicle from several different stores in Paducah. Approximately $3,000 worth of stolen merchandise was seized from Henderson’s vehicle.
While Henderson was being transported to the McCracken County Regional Jail, he attempted to discard a baggy of Methamphetamine that was hidden on his person.
Henderson was lodged in the McCracken County Regional Jail where he remains.

Charges: No registration plates, driving on a DUI suspended license, no insurance, possession of Marijuana, possession of Methamphetamine 3rd offense, tampering with physical evidence, failure to appear in court, receiving stolen property over $1000, and possession of drug paraphernalia.
