
The McCracken County Sheriff’s Office arrested three people last Wednesday at a Paducah hotel located at 5006 Hinkleville Road in Paducah.
On 11/13/2024 at approximately 1542 hours, Detectives with the McCracken County Sheriff’s Office assisted the US Marshals in locating and arresting a wanted fugitive, Autumn Lynn 40 of Golconda, Illinois on federal indictment for drug offenses at a Paducah Hotel.
Upon arrival at the hotel, Detectives and US Marshals located Autumn Lynn 40 of Golconda IL, Jeremy Stevens 43 of Metropolis IL, and Benjamin Bates 26 of Paducah KY in Lynn’s hotel room. Detectives observed and recovered illegal drugs including Fentanyl and Marijuana in plain view of the hotel room.
Detectives learned that Benjamin Bates was also staying at the same hotel with his girlfriend, Stephanie Sexton 26 of Paducah KY. Detectives obtained a search warrant for Bates’ hotel room.
During a search of Bates’ room, detectives recovered a small amount of Methamphetamine, suspected Fentanyl pills, burnt foils, syringes, a small amount of Marijuana, and a digital scale.
Lynn was transported to Williamson County, IL jail by US Marshals. Bates and Sexton were lodged in the McCracken County Regional Jail.
Detective have now obtained warrants on Lynn and Stevens.
