On 11/11/2024, Jade Dupriest (26) of Benton KY, was arrested and charged with terroristic threatening 3rd degree.
On 11/09/2024. James McCormick (45) of Murray KY, was arrested when deputies responded to a single vehicle collision on Moors Camp Highway. It was determined that McCormick was driving on Moors Camp Highway and his vehicle left the roadway and went into a ditch. McCormick was charged with operating a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol and possession of an open alcoholic beverage in a motor vehicle.
On 11/9/2024, Rebecca Partington (39) of Benton KY, was arrested for alcohol intoxication in a public place.
On 11/10/2024, Lisa Russell (49) of an unknown address, was arrested on an indictment warrant issued out of Marshall Circuit Court for the charges of trafficking in a controlled substance >2 grams of methamphetamine, trafficking in a controlled substance (fentanyl), trafficking in a controlled substance <10 units of hallucinogens) and trafficking in marijuana 1st offense.
On 11/10/2024, John Schlegel (24) of Calvert City KY, was arrested and charged with assault 4th degree, terroristic threatening and menacing.
On 11/8/2024, Ronald Fleet (50) of Benton KY, was arrested on three indictment warrants, all issued out of Marshall Circuit Court. Two of the warrants were for the charges of Burglary 2nd degree and the last was for possession of a controlled substance 1st degree (methamphetamine).
On 11/8/2024, Derek Darnall (38) of Gilbertsville KY, was arrested on an indictment warrant issued out of Marshall Circuit Court for the charges of Burglary 1st degree, strangulation 1st degree, resisting arrest, assault 3rd (2 counts), terroristic threatening 3rd degree and alcohol intoxication in a public place.
On 11/8/2024, Matthew McKinney (39) of Benton KY, was arrested on an indictment warrant issued out of Marshall Circuit court for the charge of trafficking in a controlled substance1st offense (methamphetamine).
On 11/3/2024, Timothy Puhl (39) of Hardin KY, was arrested on a bench warrant issued out of Marshall Circuit Court for the charge of contempt of court.
On 11/07/2024, Jaclyn Mersereau (47) of Dowagiac MI, was arrested when the vehicle that she was operating on US 62 was stopped for an equipment violation. Mersereau was charged with possession of a controlled substance 1st degree (methamphetamine), possession of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia, operating a motor vehicle with an expired operators license and other traffic offenses.
On 11/5/2024, John Williams (63) of Benton KY, was arrested on an indictment warrant issued out of Marshall Circuit Court for the charge of criminal possession of a forged instrument 2nd degree.
On 11/5/2024, Chasity Vied (44) of Hardin KY, was arrested on a bench warrant issued out of Graves District Court for the charge of contempt of court.
