On 10/2/2024, Ryan McGinniss (27) of Unknown address, was arrested and charged with giving officer false name or identifying information.
On 10/03/2024, Joseph McWilliams (42) of Benton, was arrested and charged with assault 2nd degree and tampering with physical evidence. Deputies were called to the hospital due to victim wishing to report an assault. According to the victim the assault occurred at a residence on Olive Hamlet Rd due to a dispute over dogs fighting. McWilliams struck the victim, using brass knuckles, causing injury to the victim. McWilliams then disposed of the brass knuckles prior to deputies arriving.
