
**Arrests**
09/22/24 – Jessica L. Eaves, 35, of Calvert City and Michael Yeomans, 32, of Benton, were both arrested for TBUT shoplifitng.
09/22/24 – Patricia R. Partin, 53, of Mississippi, was arrested and charged with the following : operating a motor vehicle whiled under the influence of controlled substance (1st offense), wanton endangerment 2nd degree, possession of controlled substance 2nd degree, illegal possession of legend, failure to notify address change to dept. or transportation, careless driving, and prescription controlled substance not in proper container. This arrest stemmed from a complaint of a possible impaired driver.
09/19/24 – Melissa M. Martin, 42, of Barlow, was served with an arrest warrant out of Ballard County. The warrant was for the charges of TBUT or disp all others $1,000 < $10,000 and TBUT or disp firearm.
09/11/24 – Devin W. Brown, 28, of Wingo, was served with an arrest warrant out of Marshall County. The warrant was for the offense of probation violation (felony offense).
09/04/24 ‐ John A. Shavey, 49, of Benton, was served with an indictment warrant out of Marshall County. The warrant was for the offense of trafficking in a controlled substance, 1st degree, 1st offense ( > or = 2 gms Meth)
08/28/24 – Jeremiah Wood, 41, of Paducah, was arrested for criminal trespassing 2nd degree.
08/27/24 – Shelby T. Lewis, 22, was served with two arrest warrants out of Calloway County. Both warrants were for failure to appear.
08/24/24 – Charles N. Short, 72, of Paducah was served with an arrest warrant out of Marshall County. The warrant was for the offenses of voyeurism and tampering with physical evidence.
08/21/24 – Destinee M. Anderson, 26, of Gilbertsville, was charged with possession of controlled substance 1st offense (meth), possession of drug paraphernalia, and possession of marijuana.
08/16/24 – James E. Fondaw, 62, of Calvert City, was served with an indictment warrant of out Marshall County. The warrant was for the offense of wanton endangerment 1st degree.
08/04/24 – Jerry E. Purvis, 38, of Paducah, was served with two arrest warrants out of McCracken County. Both warrants were for contempt of court.
