Methamphetamine Related Arrest
On September 18, 2024, in the early morning hours, Deputies Tyler Crane, Austin Ramage and Larry Jones executed two arrest warrants at an address in the Clear Springs Community.
While inside of the residence, deputies located 46-year-old Timothy Ezell hiding in a bathroom. After being called out, Ezell complied with the deputies request, and was taken into custody without incident.
A search of Ezell and the immediate area yielded approximately one gram of methamphetamine and a glass bulb style smoking pipe with methamphetamine residue inside.
Ezell was wanted on an arrest warrant for failure to comply in a Lyon County Circuit Court case and failure to appear out of McCracken County District Court.
Ezell was additionally charged with the following offenses:
-Possession of a Controlled Substance 1st Degree 2nd Offense (Methamphetamine)
-Drug Paraphernalia
-Tampering with Physical Evidence
Ezell was lodged at an out of county detention center.
