On September 14th at 1013 hours, A Deputy with the McCracken county sheriff department conducted a traffic stop on a vehicle for traffic violations at Hardees on Lone Oak road.
Marissa Timmons 44 was operating the vehicle. Timmons was suspected to be under the influence. Timmons was given Field sobriety testing and showed signs of impairment.
During a search of the vehicle a bag with suspected methamphetamine was located.
Timmons and passenger Jerrie Mcfarland of Paducah Kentucky were arrested and lodged at McCracken county regional jail.
Arrested: Marissa Timmons, 44 of Paducah KY.
Charges: Operating a motor vehicle under the influence of a controlled substance 1st, Possession of a controlled substance 1st degree 3rd or greater offense (methamphetamine)and no brake lights.
Arrested: Jerrie McFarland, 52 of Paducah KY.
Charges: Possession of a controlled substance 1st degree 1st offense (methamphetamine).
