On 08/20/2024, James Hardy (38) of Gilbertsville KY, was arrested at his residence for an outstanding warrant issued out of Marshall Circuit Court for the charge of failure to appear in court. During the arrest deputies discovered a quantity of methamphetamine and drug paraphernalia on Mr. Hardy. Mr. Hardy was charged with trafficking in controlled substance 1st degree 1st offense greater than 2 grams of methamphetamine, possession of drug paraphernalia and resisting arrest.
On 08/19/2024, William Morris (40) of unknown address, was arrested when deputies were called to a residence on Jonathan Shores Rd due to an unwanted subject at the residence. Deputies located Mr. Morris and discovered that Mr. Morris had outstanding warrants for his arrest. Mr. Morris was arrested on two failure to appear warrants, one out of IL and the other from McCracken District Court. When arrested deputies located a methamphetamine and drug paraphernalia on Mr. Morris person. Mr. Morris was charged with failure to appear, fugitive from justice, possession of a controlled substance (methamphetamine) and possession of drug paraphernalia.
On 08/18/2024, Cesar Montero (49) of Unknown address, was arrested and charged with being a fugitive from justice out of Sumner Co TN. Mr. Montero was also served an indictment warrant charging him with criminal possession of a forged instrument 2nd degree and theft by deception $1000<$10,000.
On 08/18/2024, Timothy Haskins (55) of Daytona Beach FL, was arrested and served a bench warrant issued out of Lyon County district court for the charge of contempt of court.
On 08/19/2024, Jemya Pore (25) of St Louis MO, for arrested due to having an outstanding warrant issued out of Massac County IL. Pore was charge with being a fugitive from justice.
On 08/15/2024, Joshua O’Connor (43) of Cunningham TN, was arrested when deputies were requested to respond to a report of an assault. Deputies located Mr. O’Connor and charged him with strangulation 1st degree, resisting arrest and assault 4th degree.
On 08/14/2024, Mari Smith (22) of Calvert City KY, was arrested on an indictment warrant issued out of McCracken Circuit court for the charges of trafficking in a controlled substance 1st (Fentanyl) and possession of drug paraphernalia.
On 08/14/2024, Steven Vancamp (62) of Benton KY, was arrested on a criminal complaint warrant issued Marshall District Court for the charge of criminal trespassing 2nd degree. While deputies were attempting to serve the warrant on Mr. Vancamp, Mr. Vancamp pulled away from deputies and pulled a loaded pistol out of his pocket. Mr. Vancamp then threw the loaded firearm into a truck bed, posing a substantial risk of a discharge. Mr. Vancamp was charged additionally with 3 counts of wanton endangerment 1st degree and resisting arrest.
On 8/15/2024, Quinton Mouser (20) of Gilbertsville KY, was arrested on a bench warrant issued out of Marshall Circuit Court for the charge of failure to appear in court.
