06/11/24 ‐ Jeremey J. Tyler, 43, of Mayfied, was arrested and charged with driving on dui suspended license 1st offense, possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of controlled substance 1st degree 1st offense (drug unspecified), & possession of controlled substance 1st degree 1st offense (methamphetamine).
06/22/24 – Amy E. Johnston, 33, of Benton, was arrested for speeding 17 mph over the limit and operating a motor vehicle while under the influence of alcohol 1st offense.
06/25/24 ‐ John M. Brady, 41, of Benton, was arrested for two contempt of court warrants out of Graves County.
06/28/24 – Juan L. Torres, 22, of Benton, was arrested for alcohol intoxication in a public place 1st offense.
07/02/24 ‐ Nathon D. Kelso, 33, of Louisville, was arrested for disorderly conduct 2nd degree and assault 4th degree (D.V.) no visible injury. This incident stemmed from multiple reports of a disturbance at the city pool.
07/05/24 ‐ Austin Riddle, 19, of Calvert City, was arrested for a warrant out of Marshall County. The warrant stemmed from charges of assault 4th degree (minor injury).
07/10/24 ‐ John H. Brown, 43, of Murray, was arrested for a fugitive from another state warrant. The warrant was for felony charges out of Illinois.
07/12/24 ‐ Haley K. Nelson, 38, of Paducah, was arrested for alcohol intoxication in a public place 1st offense.
07/13/24 – Cesar V. Mounts, 33, of Illinois, was arrested for criminal trespassing 2nd degree.
07/13/24 – Timothy M. Ivory, 52, of Missouri, was arrested for criminal trespassing 3rd degree, alcohol intoxication in a public place 1st offensen amd falsely reporting an incident to law enforcement.
All suspects are presumed innocent until proven guilty in court.
